What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and message. Business name and budget range are optional and collected only when you choose to include them.
We do not use tracking cookies, run advertising, or collect behavioural analytics.
How we use it
Information submitted via the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes, sell it, or use it for any purpose beyond the conversation you initiated.
Third-party services
Contact form submissions are processed via Resend, an email infrastructure provider. Your enquiry is transmitted to Resend in order to deliver it to our team. Resend’s privacy policy governs their handling of that data.
Data retention
We retain enquiry data for a reasonable period to manage ongoing correspondence. To request deletion of your information, contact us at elliottagency.co@gmail.com and we will remove it promptly.
